Located in Broadbent near North Bend, the 66 Mid-Drift ramp serves as a popular access point for the South Fork Coquille River. This established launch features a concrete ramp and basic facilities, making it convenient for kayakers, canoeists, and drift boaters. The site functions well as either a starting point for floating the canyon section of the river or a takeout for upper-river trips.
This access point provides a straightforward put-in for exploring the middle section of the South Fork Coquille. Boaters should be prepared for typical river conditions and are encouraged to check current water levels and flow conditions before launching. For questions about the site or river conditions, contact the nearby Myrtlewood Field Office (BLM, North Bend: 541-756-0100).
