Abbey Park in Lyons, New York provides a convenient public boat launch along the Erie Canal. This access site is accessible by walking path, boat, or car and offers a paved boat ramp for launching kayaks, canoes, and small trailered motorboats.

The Erie Canal in this area is a wide, slow-moving waterway, making it well-suited for recreational paddling and boating. Anglers will find opportunities to fish from the shore or from their vessels. However, swimming is not permitted at this site.
