Adams Point

Adams Point provides public access to Little Bay, a scenic estuary in Durham's Strafford County. The launch provides access to Little Bay, which connects to Great Bay—New Hampshire's largest estuarine system and a nationally recognized research reserve. Paddlers should be aware of headway speed restrictions (no-wake zone within 150 feet of shore) and check current conditions, as estuaries can experience significant tidal influences. The area is ideal for wildlife observation and exploring salt marshes and shallow water habitats typical of coastal New Hampshire estuaries.
