Allison Creek Park is a 160-acre facility on Lake Wylie in York County, South Carolina, offering excellent access for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboaters. The park features 4 boat ramps, a dedicated kayak/canoe launch, and a fishing dock, making it a well-developed access point for various watercraft. The site also includes 3 miles of trails, picnic shelters, and a playground, providing additional amenities for a full day of recreation.
Paddlers will appreciate the dedicated kayak launch alongside traditional boat ramps, allowing for easy water entry. The park offers both day-use and overnight camping options, with 34 RV sites and 16 primitive tent camping sites available for those planning extended trips. Note that bank fishing is restricted within 50 feet of the boat ramps. SC fishing licenses can be purchased at the park office if needed.
