Amity Landing Recreation Area provides convenient access to the scenic Caddo River for kayakers, canoeists, and small boaters. Located in Clark County, Arkansas, this boat ramp site offers a launching point to explore this headwater stream of the Caddo River.

The Caddo River is a large river system, measuring over 80 miles in length with an average flow of 844 cubic feet per second. It drops over 1,100 feet in elevation from its source, creating a relatively swift current with an average gradient of nearly 14 feet per mile. This section of the Caddo near Amity Landing is known for its good class II-III whitewater, offering an exciting paddling experience when flows are between 250-500 cfs.
