Area 11-A is a mid-lake access point on the west side of Branched Oak Lake, located off N 126th Street near Agnew in Lancaster County. This one-lane concrete ramp features a dock and gravel parking area, making it a straightforward launch spot for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboats. The ramp is part of Branched Oak State Recreation Area's extensive network of 14 access areas and 9 total ramps around the 1,800-acre lake.
Branched Oak Lake is open to all types of boating and offers excellent facilities for paddlers and anglers. A fish cleaning station is available at Area 11, and additional amenities—including camping, picnic areas, and hiking/biking trails—are scattered throughout the recreation area. Note that a park permit is required to access the area, and camping fees apply. The nearby Pawnee Dam Site 14 Campground provides lodging within 10 miles if you plan an overnight trip.
