Badger Creek Recreation Area

Badger Creek Recreation Area offers access to a 276-acre lake with two convenient boat ramps located on the east and west sides. This site at the east ramp provides a hard surface launch suitable for kayaks, canoes, and small motorboats. The recreation area encompasses over 700 acres total, making it a spacious destination for water-based activities.

All boats on Badger Creek Lake must operate at "no wake" speed with no motor restrictions otherwise. Beyond paddling, the area supports fishing, bird watching, and hunting opportunities. Amenities include an accessible fishing pier, picnic areas, restrooms, and accessible facilities, making it a well-developed recreation site for various user groups.
