Badger Drive Boat Ramp

Located on the northwest section of Lake Poygan off Badger Drive in Fremont, Badger Drive is a public boat access point offering a two-lane concrete ramp with an attached dock and gravel parking area. This launch provides convenient access to the western portion of the lake and is suitable for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboats of various sizes.

Lake Poygan is a popular recreational lake in Waushara County. Before launching, be aware that the lake contains several aquatic invasive species including zebra mussels, Eurasian water-milfoil, and curly-leaf pondweed. Wisconsin DNR recommends inspecting and cleaning your watercraft before and after use to prevent the spread of these species. This ramp provides good access for exploring the lake's fishing and recreational opportunities, with other public launch points available at different locations on the lake for trip planning purposes.
