The launch is accessed off County Route 7 and is marked by a sign on Balsam-Tyler Road. This is a beach launch with a hard surface ramp suitable for kayaks, canoes, and small boats.
**Facilities & Parking:** The site offers parking for 8 cars and trailers. Wheelchair-accessible features are available at the top of the ramp, with accessible parking and amenities. This is a carry-in/carry-out facility, so pack out all trash. The site is associated with the Balsam Pond Camping Area, making it a good option for paddlers planning an extended trip.
