To reach the boat ramp, turn southeast off Route 1 onto Greenhaven Road, then south on Palmer Neck Road for approximately 1.5 miles to the end. The ramp itself is made of concrete with a maximum width of 25 feet, serving the Pawcatuck River which flows into the Atlantic. Amenities include a floating wooden dock (seasonal), chemical toilets during the operating season, and paved access road and parking.
