**Access & Facilities**
Basin Recreation Area provides boat ramp access to Basin Brook Dam in Chatham, Carroll County. This is a partially accessible site (Level B ADA) with parking available for car-top boats and smaller watercraft. The facility is located on the west side of NH Route 113, approximately 2.3 miles north of Cold River Campground. Seasonal restroom facilities are available on-site. There is a small pull-off near the trailhead with room for one car. This trail is very steep, with loose gravel-like soil and accesses the Royce Trail.
