About This Access Site
Located in Springbrook, Washburn County, the Bass Lake Boat Landing provides convenient access to this 416-acre lake. The site features two paved boat launches and two courtesy docks, making it suitable for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboats. With a maximum depth of 35 feet, Bass Lake offers good water conditions for various water activities. The landing is maintained by St. Croix County under a DNR agreement and includes a fully paved parking area with 17 vehicle/trailer stalls, one of which is ADA accessible.

A daily launch fee of $10 (or $30 annual) is required to use the facility. The paved access and multiple launch options make this a user-friendly access point for both hand-launch paddlers and trailered boats. Courtesy docks are available for brief stops or launching assistance. This is a straightforward, well-maintained public access site ideal for day trips on Bass Lake.
