**Access & Facilities:**
Beach Bend Campground offers boat ramp and fishing access to the Barren River near Bowling Green, Kentucky. Located 2.5 miles northeast of Bowling Green on US 31W (turn left on Beach Bend Road, then right on Beach Bend Park Road), the site features a marina with boat ramp facilities. **Important: Ramp and fishing access are restricted to registered campers only.** The campground also rents kayaks and various boats, including jon boats and pontoons, making it convenient for those without their own watercraft.
**Water & Recreation:**
Barren River supports a healthy fishery with largemouth bass, white bass, hybrid striped bass, bluegill, channel catfish, and crappie. Beyond paddling and boating, Beach Bend is a full-service resort with an 18-hole golf course, swimming beach, pool, tennis courts, and horseback riding, making it suitable for multi-day family trips. A paved trail system is available for hiking and biking.
