Bear Lake Access is located in New London, Waupaca County, Wisconsin, providing convenient public boat launch facilities for paddlers and boaters. The ramp offers easy water entry for kayaks, canoes, and other watercraft, with onsite parking available.

**Vessel Requirements & Regulations**
All vessels on Bear Lake require permits from the managing water district. Non-motorized boats and sailboats 8 feet or less in length—including kayaks, canoes, and rowboats—fall into the non-registered category. Be sure to obtain the required lake use permit before launching. Motorized boats and larger sailboats require separate registration.
