Located approximately 10 miles northwest of Crockett, this 1,330-acre impoundment offers a reliable launch point for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboats. The lake reaches a maximum depth of 40 feet and is part of the Trinity River drainage system, making it suitable for various water activities.
To reach Beaver Run, take FM 229 approximately 9 miles west from Loop 304 in Crockett, with the ramp situated on the north side of the dam.
