Becker Lake is a 107-acre mountain lake located west of U.S. Route 60 near Springerville in Apache County, offering a public boat ramp for kayakers, canoeists, and anglers. The access area features a dirt parking lot and vault restroom facilities, with barrier-free parking available near the shoreline. The lake's clear, vegetated waters support a healthy year-round trout fishery, making it popular with both paddlers and anglers.
**Important Access Information:** The boat launch road and parking areas are closed daily from one hour after sunset to one hour before sunrise. No camping is permitted at the lake itself, though private RV facilities are available nearby. The site is situated within the Becker Lake Wildlife Area, which features two hiking trails in addition to water access. The lake's proximity to Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest makes it an excellent destination for a full day of outdoor recreation combining paddling, fishing, and hiking in the scenic White Mountains region.
