About This Access Site
The Big Creek boat ramp provides convenient access to the Chattahoochee River and Lake Lanier in Buford, Georgia. This location is operated by Lake Lanier Islands and offers a paved launch area suitable for kayaks, canoes, and small motorized boats.

The Chattahoochee River in this region is a large, navigable waterway with relatively calm flow, making it well-suited for recreational boating and paddling.
