About This Access Site
**Overview:** Big Pine Lake's west access point, located near Perham in Otter Tail County, provides convenient public boat launch access to this expansive 4,728-acre lake. Known as Grand View Heights, this western shore access is situated closer to town and offers a concrete ramp suitable for launching recreational boats and watercraft.

**Practical Information:** The lake's substantial size and maximum depth of 76 feet make it suitable for various water activities including paddling, fishing, and boating. Standard recreational boats up to 12-18 feet can typically be launched at this facility. The west access complements an additional east-end access point (off County Road 53), giving paddlers and boaters options depending on their intended route or destination on the lake. There are no launch fees at this public access site.
