BJ's Marina offers a well-maintained, single-lane concrete ramp ideal for launching kayaks, canoes, and other small to medium-sized boats onto the West Fork San Jacinto River near Lake Houston. This family-owned facility provides ample parking, restrooms, and a fish cleaning station. The marina also features a bait and tackle shop, making it convenient for anglers, and includes picnic areas for day-use visitors.

Located in Huffman near the confluence of the East Fork San Jacinto and Lake Houston, this access point serves as a good jumping-off spot for exploring the slower, lake-like conditions of this section of the waterway. The facility is known for being family-friendly and accommodating to fishing clubs and tournament groups. From Houston, take I-59 north to FM 1960 east, cross the lake, and follow local road signs to the marina on Magnolia Point/Cheatham Road.
