**Location & Access:**
Black Bear Lake is a 218-acre public access site located in Crosby, Crow Wing County, Minnesota. To reach the boat ramp, take US Highway 221 and turn onto Business 221, then take an immediate left onto Hankins Road. Follow Hankins Road until it ends at Lake James Road, then turn left and continue until you see access signs. The site includes onsite parking for boat trailers.
