Black Meadow Landing on Lake Havasu provides a convenient public boat ramp and access point for paddlers, boaters, and anglers. The facility offers free day-use access, with parking for vehicles and trailers. Kayakers, canoeists, and small motorized boats can easily launch from the two carry-down walkways.

Located 16 miles south of Lake Havasu City, this access site is within the Parker Strip Recreation Area along the Arizona side of the lake. Lake Havasu is a large reservoir on the Colorado River, popular for water sports, fishing, and enjoying the scenic desert surroundings. Paddlers can explore the lake's coves and shoreline, while powerboaters have ample room to cruise. Anglers will find a variety of fish species, though an Arizona fishing license is required.

Nearby amenities include the Crossroads Campground, as well as the Copper Basin Dunes OHV Area and the Bill Williams River, which offer additional recreation opportunities.
