**Location & Access:** Blackwater is a boat ramp providing access to Cave Run Lake near West Liberty in Morgan County, Kentucky. The site is located on the eastern shore of the lake. From I-64 (Exit 133), take KY 801 south, then turn onto KY 519 and KY 976 to reach the ramp. Parking is available at the site, though note that this ramp may experience seasonal closures during high water levels and winter pool conditions.
