Bledsoe Creek State Park offers a convenient boat ramp access point to Old Hickory Lake, a large reservoir in Sumner County, Tennessee. The ramp provides easy launch access for kayakers, canoeists, and small trailered boats.

The park is situated on the backwaters of Old Hickory Lake, a TVA-managed impoundment known for its excellent recreational fishing opportunities.
