Bliss Power Plant Park offers a convenient boat launch on Bliss Reservoir near Bliss, Idaho, with a spacious turnaround and parking area designed for non-motorized and motorized boats. The facility includes boat docks, an accessible pathway, and picnic tables, making it a well-developed access point for kayakers, canoeists, and recreational boaters. The park is situated adjacent to the scenic Snake River area, providing opportunities for paddling on the reservoir and exploring the surrounding landscape.
**Note:** Idaho Power currently has an ongoing power plant maintenance and modernization project scheduled through spring 2026, which may affect some facilities and access. Fishing access below the dam has been modified during this construction period.
