About This Access Site
Blue Lake provides access to Toledo Bend Reservoir via the Sabine River in Sabine Parish, Louisiana, located approximately 8 miles west of Zwolle. To reach the ramp, take LA 191 to LA 482 west for 0.5 mile, then turn left on LA 3229 and continue 6 miles to the end of the road. The ramp has a minimum usable water level of 167 msl and can accommodate various boat types including kayaks and canoes.

This is a basic, no-frills access point with limited amenities—there are no facilities on-site, though parking is available for approximately 30 vehicles.
