Blythe Lake offers a convenient boat ramp access point located within the Columbia National Wildlife Refuge, just south of Potholes Reservoir in Grant County, Washington. The access area features a concrete boat launch and is open year-round, making it accessible for kayakers, canoeists, and other boaters throughout the seasons. Basic amenities include restrooms, ADA-accessible parking, and nearby camping options for extended visits.

This location provides excellent access to a scenic area surrounded by the Desert Wildlife Recreation Area, which encompasses numerous small ponds, marshes, and waterways ideal for paddling and exploration. The site is easily reached from Moses Lake via Highway 17 south and O'Sullivan Dam Road.
