About This Access Site
Boot Lake is a 235-acre inland lake located in Steuben, Schoolcraft County, offering a paved boat ramp with boarding dock and parking for approximately 10 vehicles. The ramp provides reliable access for kayakers, canoeists, and small motorboats looking to explore the lake.

The lake supports a healthy fishery with walleye, northern pike, largemouth bass, musky, and panfish, making it popular with anglers. Paddlers will find this a suitable destination for recreational kayaking and canoeing on a moderately-sized inland water body.
