Brookfield City Lake

Brookfield City Lake is a 102-118 acre impoundment located in Saint Catharine, Linn County, Missouri. The main public boat ramp access is located on the west side of the lake near the dam and features a concrete launch facility completed in 2012. There is also a secondary boat ramp available on the west side of the dam. The facility includes parking, restrooms, picnic areas, and a campground, making it suitable for day trips or extended outings.

**Important Operating Restrictions:** All motorized boats over 10 horsepower are restricted to idle speed only, making this an excellent destination for kayakers, canoeists, and slower-paced boating activities. The lake's calm, speed-restricted waters are ideal for paddlers of various skill levels. The site offers good opportunities for both paddling and shore fishing, with multiple access points and amenities including picnic facilities and banking areas throughout the lake.
