About This Access Site
Brookfield City Lake is a 102-118 acre impoundment located in Saint Catharine in Linn County, Missouri. The main public access is on the west side of the lake, where you'll find a concrete boat ramp completed in 2012, parking areas, picnic facilities, and restrooms. A second boat ramp is also available on the west side of the dam, providing additional launch options for boaters and paddlers.

This calm-water lake is ideal for kayaking and canoeing, with speed restrictions enforcing idle speed only for motors over 10 hp. The facility supports a range of water activities including fishing and recreational boating. In addition to the boat ramps, the site features fishing docks and bank fishing areas, making it a versatile destination for water-based recreation. The lake was constructed in 1959 and has been improved with amenities managed in partnership with the Missouri Conservation Department since 1986.
