Brooks Lake is a 96-acre public access site located in southwestern Wright County near Cokato. The city-administered boat ramp is situated within Veterans Memorial Park and offers convenient launching for kayakers, canoeists, and motorboats. The lake features a maximum depth of 21 feet and excellent summer water clarity exceeding five feet, making it suitable for paddling, fishing, and recreational boating.
The ramp can accommodate boats up to 12-18 feet, with some facilities able to handle larger vessels. A public fishing pier is also available at the park for anglers.
