Brower Park offers excellent access to the Muskegon River with a dedicated boat launch facility serving the Hardy Dam backwaters. Located in Stanwood, this 200-acre park provides nearly 8,000 feet of riverfront access and serves as a gateway to over 18 miles of navigable river. The calm, slow-moving backwater environment makes it ideal for kayakers and canoeists looking for a leisurely paddle, while motorboats can also access the water here.
Beyond the launch, Brower Park is a full-service recreational destination with camping facilities (230 campsites plus cabins), fishing opportunities, hiking and bike trails, swimming, and other amenities.
