Bryant Lake in Eden Prairie offers a convenient public boat launch suitable for kayaks, canoes, and small to medium-sized motorboats. The approximately 20-foot-wide ramp provides access to this 179-acre lake managed by Three Rivers Park District. An annual or daily boat trailer parking pass is required. Note that a 15-mph speed limit is enforced on Sundays from 12 PM–6 PM during summer months (Memorial Day through Labor Day).
The clear, shallow lake is ideal for paddling, particularly in spring and fall when aquatic plants are less obstructive near shore. Bryant Lake Regional Park offers excellent complementary amenities including a swimming beach, 4.4 miles of trails, fishing pier, picnic areas, and disc golf. The park has parking (fee-based), restrooms, and fair wheelchair accessibility. Fair-weather paddlers will find this a relaxed recreational destination, while anglers can target bluegill, northern pike, tiger muskie, crappie, and other species. For current conditions, regulations, and lake maps, contact Three Rivers Park District at (763) 559-9000 or check the Minnesota DNR website for stocking reports and water quality information.
