Buck Creek State Park's north end access provides a four-lane concrete boat ramp offering excellent launching facilities for kayakers, canoeists, and motorized boaters on Clarence J. Brown Lake. This 2,120-acre reservoir on Buck Creek, located just northeast of Springfield, supports unlimited horsepower boating, making it suitable for a variety of watercraft. The access point benefits from full-service marina amenities, including fuel, a snack bar, bait shop, and seasonal dock rentals, along with a dump station for boaters needing waste disposal.
