About This Access Site
**Location & Access:** Bugbee Landing is situated on the Waits River in Bradford, just beyond Memorial Field behind the Bradford Academy Building. The site is a carry-in, carry-out facility with parking available nearby on Depot Street at the wastewater treatment plant, at the Doe Meadow Lane boat launch, and at the fairgrounds on Carson Lane.

**What to Expect:** This Vermont Fish and Wildlife maintained access point provides boat launching capability for paddlers and boaters accessing the Waits River. The surrounding area features shoreline access along with adjacent wetlands, fields, and wooded areas, making it a scenic spot for paddling, fishing, and wildlife observation. As a public access area, all trash and recycling must be packed out—there are no on-site facilities.
