Cardinal Point

Located on the east shore of Eufaula Lake along the Canadian River in Pittsburg County, Cardinal Point offers a convenient launch point for paddlers and boaters. Access the site via Highway 39 to Highway 22 west. The facility features a single-lane paved boat ramp, a courtesy dock, and paved parking area—making it suitable for launching kayaks, canoes, and motorized boats.

Eufaula Lake sits on the Canadian River, a major waterway with significant flow averaging over 7,100 cubic feet per second. The broader Canadian River system spans 487 miles with considerable elevation changes upstream, though water conditions at this lake location are more stable for recreational paddling. This is a first-come, first-served access point with no reservations required, making it an accessible option for day trips and recreational use on the reservoir.
