Located in Kingston, Oklahoma, Catfish Bay 2 provides access to Lake Texoma, the largest lake in the Tulsa District. This reservable facility features a paved ramp with courtesy docks and ample trailer parking. The nearby Catfish Bay Marina is a full-service operation offering fuel, supplies, covered slips, and rental boats—making it a convenient base for extended outings.
The Washita River itself (which feeds Lake Texoma) is a large, flowing river with an average gradient of 4 feet per mile and currents averaging 4.2 feet per second. While there are no dedicated ramps on the river itself, small craft like canoes and jon boats can access the water around bridge areas for fishing and paddling. The river is known for excellent blue catfish opportunities. Bridgeview Camp Marina is another camping option within 10 miles of the access point.
This is an ideal launch point for paddlers and boaters exploring Lake Texoma's recreational opportunities or making shorter trips into the lower Washita River.
