Cattau Beach Road is a well-developed public access point on Shawano Lake in Shawano, Wisconsin. The 30-acre site features four boat launch ramps with a center access pier, making it suitable for kayaks, canoes, and motorized boats. The facility includes approximately 800 feet of shoreline with a sandy swimming beach, seasonal restrooms and showers, and parking for roughly 45 vehicles with trailers.
This is an ideal launch point for exploring Shawano Lake's popular fishing spots and sandbars. The site offers additional amenities including a park shelter available for rental, open green space, and free public WiFi. A daily pass is required for access, and passes can be purchased on-site. With four dedicated ramps and a pier system, the launch accommodates multiple boats and provides good water access for both paddlers and larger vessels.
