The Cedar Bluff-Cove Three boat ramp provides easy access to the Smoky Hill River and Cedar Bluff Reservoir in western Kansas. This is one of three public boat ramps on the reservoir, making it a popular destination for kayakers, canoeists, and small motorized boats.
