About This Access Site
Cedar Fourche Landing provides direct access to Cedar Fourche Creek, a tributary of the scenic Lake Ouachita in western Arkansas. This rustic boat ramp site is suitable for launching kayaks, canoes, and small motorized boats.

The ramp is a simple dirt/gravel design, with no formal parking area. Paddlers and boaters should be prepared to carry their vessels a short distance from nearby informal parking areas. The site does not have any amenities like restrooms or picnic facilities.

Cedar Fourche Creek flows into the larger Lake Ouachita, which is known for its clear, deep waters and diverse aquatic wildlife. The lake is a popular destination for fishing, boating, and other water sports. Paddlers can explore the creek's winding channels and backwaters, while power boaters can access the main lake. Nearby recreation areas on Lake Ouachita provide additional access points, trails, and campsites for visitors to enjoy.
