The Charles Mill Boat Ramp provides access to Seymour Run and Black Fork in Ashland County, Ohio. Located off OH-430 near Eagle Point, the ramp is easily found by turning east on OH-430 for approximately 0.4 mile—the entrance will be on your left. This is one of two boat ramps serving the area, with marina facilities available at the eastern basin location.
