The Charles Mill Lake Marina boat ramp is located in Mifflin, Ashland County, near the eastern basin of the reservoir. From Eagle Point, head east on OH-430 for 0.4 miles—the ramp entrance is on your left. This is one of two public boat ramps serving Charles Mill Lake, operated by the Muskingum Watershed Conservancy District.
