**Location & Access:** The Clarks River Boat Ramp is located at 4420 Clarks River Road in Paducah, McCracken County, and can be accessed via US 60/62 east of Paducah. The ramp is situated under the bridge, with the access road on the downstream side. The facility offers ample parking, clean restrooms, and picnic areas for a comfortable visit.

**Paddling Conditions:** This is a popular launch point for kayakers and canoeists exploring the Clarks River and East Fork. The refuge along the East Fork provides scenic paddling, though paddlers should be aware that the river contains numerous deadfalls and obstacles. Only experienced and physically fit paddlers should attempt the challenging four-mile stretch between Tucker Lane and Milliken Mill Lane, as this section requires significant maneuvering and portaging skills. Paddlers looking for easier routes or those new to the area should explore other sections of the river accessible from this ramp.
