Clear Lake Recreation Area at Silver Beach offers convenient access to Clear Lake in the Snoqualmie National Forest near White Pass. Located on the drier eastern slope of the Cascades in Yakima County, this site provides a popular launching point for both motorized and non-motorized boats, including kayaks and canoes. The ramp is situated in an area known for excellent fishing opportunities, particularly in spring, and serves as a gateway to exploring the interconnected water system of Clear Lake, Rimrock Lake, and the North Fork Tieton River.
Paddlers should note that access may be seasonally restricted to regulated sport fishing and waterfowl seasons. The area offers a scenic mountain setting with nearby camping options—North Clear Lake Campground is adjacent to the ramp and accommodates both tent and trailer camping. The recreation area is easily accessible from Highway 12 west of Naches, making it a convenient stop for paddlers exploring the lakes and rivers in this region.
