Clem's Marina is a well-maintained public boat ramp located on North Padre Island at the intersection of Packery Channel and the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW), just north of the JFK Causeway. The facility features a 2-lane concrete ramp with good grade, making it suitable for launching kayaks, canoes, and larger vessels. The adjacent marina offers full services including bait, tackle, ice, and beverages—useful for day trips and longer excursions.
From this launch point, paddlers have excellent access to Corpus Christi Bay, Packery Channel, and the Intracoastal Waterway in both directions, making it ideal for exploring the Padre Island Seashore area and the Laguna Madre system. The location works well for both recreational fishing trips and water sports activities. Shell parking is available on-site, with paving improvements planned for the future.
