**Location & Access:** Cliff City is a popular public boat ramp located on the eastern side of the lower Chester River in Chestertown, MD. The ramp is situated at the confluence of the Chester River and Chesapeake Bay, making it an excellent launching point for both river exploration and bay access. To reach the ramp, head to the intersection of Lands End Road and Cliff City Road, then travel 1.1 miles south on Cliff City Road.
