Cold Cabin Park offers a convenient public boat ramp for accessing the Susquehanna River near Delta in York County. The site features a paved boat ramp, porta-john facilities, and picnic amenities. Parking is available but limited, so plan accordingly, especially during peak paddling times. The park is wheelchair accessible and offers free access.
**Getting There:** From Route 74 north, cross Muddy Creek and continue to the top of the steep hill where Route 74 bears left—turn right onto Paper Mill Road. Follow Paper Mill Road to Cold Cabin Road and turn left to reach the park.
**Paddling Notes:** Cold Cabin Park is located approximately 1.5 miles downstream from other popular access points and provides an alternative launching location for Susquehanna River paddlers.
