Concord Yacht Club

The Concord Yacht Club provides boat ramp access to Fort Loudoun Lake on the Tennessee River in Knoxville, located at Mile Marker 616.1 near Tolbert Bend Light. The access point is situated on the south shore, just east of The Cove at Concord Park and approximately one mile west of the traffic circle on Northshore Drive (11600 South Northshore Dr). This is a private, non-profit facility primarily serving club members, so paddlers and boaters should confirm access policies before visiting.

Fort Loudoun Lake is a major waterway—part of the Tennessee River system, which averages nearly 70,000 cubic feet of water flow per second. The wider, calmer lake conditions here contrast with the river's considerable size and downstream power. Paddlers should be prepared for occasional boat traffic typical of a popular recreation lake near a major city. The associated Concord Marina offers full-service amenities including fuel docks, wet and dry storage, and other boater services for those needing additional support.
