About This Access Site
Cone Bridge Road Boat Ramp provides access to the Suwannee River in Columbia County, Florida. Located on the east side of the river, this launch serves paddlers and boaters exploring the Suwannee River and Roaring Creek area. The ramp includes parking space near the water, making it convenient for launching kayaks, canoes, and motorboats.

**Directions:** From Lake City, head north on US 441 to NW Cone Bridge Road, then turn left and follow the road to the ramp. Alternatively, from White Springs, travel south approximately 3 miles on US 41 to Lassie Black Road, then proceed north on US 441 for about 8 miles before turning left onto Cone Bridge Road. The surrounding landscape is primarily public preserve and tree farm land, with most western shore access points reached via CR 135.

The Suwannee River in this area flows through the Atlantic Coastal Plain. Paddlers should bring standard equipment including PFDs, paddles, and a rope for portaging. The site works well as either a launch or takeout point for river trips in this region.
