**Access & Parking**
Corliss Landing provides boat ramp access to the Annisquam River in Gloucester, located on Apple Street. Be aware that parking is **restricted to residents only**—non-resident parking is not permitted at the ramp, even during winter months. Plan accordingly and consider alternative parking arrangements if you don't have local resident status.

**Launch Conditions & Paddling Notes**
The distance to water varies with tides: approximately 100 yards across sand at low tide, versus launch directly from the dirt ramp at high tide. Paddlers should be mindful that the river can be busy with motorboat traffic during peak boating season, which may pose hazards to canoes and kayaks. Scout conditions beforehand if you're concerned about muddy or soft launch areas at half tide.
