Cow Meadow is a small boat access site on the Deschutes River near Crane Prairie Reservoir in the Cascade Mountains. The ramp accommodates small boats and is located where Snow Creek and the Deschutes River flow into the 4,940-acre Crane Prairie Reservoir. The site is situated within Cow Meadow Campground, a scenic area featuring a large grassy meadow with lodgepole pine shade.
